Archer Aviation has completed a series of piloted flights of its all-electric Midnight air taxi in the San Francisco Bay Area, the company announced on Monday, 19 October 2026.

The Bay Area flights capped a month-long Northern California leg of Archer's 'No Roads' flight tour, with the four-passenger Midnight making stops in Hollister, San Martin, San Jose, Mountain View and Hayward before arriving in Oakland.

The Midnight is a piloted, all-electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft designed to carry four passengers on short urban routes, and is central to Archer's plans to launch an air taxi service.
