Lufthansa Group has exercised options for 20 Boeing 737 MAX 10 aircraft, Business Travel Executive reported on Tuesday.

The 737 MAX 10 is the largest variant in Boeing's 737 MAX family of single-aisle jets, offering more seating capacity than the smaller MAX 8 and MAX 9 models.

Exercising options converts purchase rights previously held by the airline group into additional firm orders for the MAX 10.

Lufthansa Group operates airlines including Lufthansa, Swiss, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, and Eurowings across Europe and long-haul markets.
