AerFin, a global aviation aftermarket specialist, has agreed to acquire 44 Boeing 737 Next Generation (737NG) aircraft from Qantas. The company confirmed the agreement on November 4, 2026, describing it as the largest transaction in its history.

The acquisition covers 44 Boeing 737NG airframes and 88 CFM International CFM56-7B engines. AerFin buys, sells, leases, and repairs aircraft, engines, and parts, and said the deal strengthens its position in the global aviation aftermarket.

The aircraft are being sold by Qantas as part of the airline's plans to retire its workhorse 737NG fleet. The sale marks a significant milestone in AerFin's continued growth.
