CAE has agreed to sell Flightscape, its airline operations software business, to SITA. Reuters reported the transaction is valued at $500 million.

SITA is a provider of information technology and communications services to the air transport industry. Flightscape is CAE's airline operations software unit.

Reuters reported the agreement on 26 October 2026. The deal would transfer Flightscape from CAE to SITA.
