GA Telesis, a global aviation aftermarket and asset management company, has announced its first Boeing 737 MAX 8 disassembly program.

The company said the teardown program is part of its effort to strengthen its position in the next-generation aircraft aftermarket.

A disassembly program involves dismantling a retired aircraft so that serviceable parts and materials can be recovered and returned to the supply chain.
