Heart Aerospace has unveiled its ES-36 aircraft, a hybrid-electric regional airliner, alongside a purchase agreement with US operator JSX for up to 100 aircraft.

The ES-36 is positioned for short-haul regional routes, with Heart Aerospace promoting lower operating costs and reduced emissions.

Heart Aerospace lists United Airlines and Air Canada among its airline investors and early customers.
