Boeing and Korean Air announced on September 16, 2026 that the airline finalized an order for 103 jets spanning Boeing's widebody and single-aisle airplane families.

The order comprises 20 777-9, 25 787-10, 50 737-10, and eight 777-8 Freighter airplanes, fulfilling the procurement commitment Korean Air made in August 2025.

The deal was commemorated at an event in Seoul attended by Korean Air Chairman and CEO Walter Cho and Boeing Commercial Airplanes President and CEO Stephanie Pope, alongside senior government and financial leaders.
