LOT Polish Airlines has retired its last Embraer E170, bringing to a close more than 22 years of operation for the regional jet at the Polish national carrier.
The final aircraft, registered SP-LDH, completed its tenure on 30 October 2026 with a Warsaw to Vienna and back rotation, the same route on which LOT began flying the E170 in March 2004.
Across the 22-year period, ten E170 aircraft in the airline's fleet carried 13.8 million passengers and completed nearly 300,000 flights, according to the carrier.
The retirement ends the E170's run as a workhorse on LOT's short-haul European network as the airline continues modernizing its fleet.
