Paraguayan airline Paranair will temporarily suspend all flights from September 30 through October 12, according to the carrier.

The stoppage will allow the airline's only currently active aircraft to undergo major maintenance. Regular scheduling is set to resume on October 13 across its existing destination network.

Paranair is based at Silvio Pettirossi International Airport in Asunción and operates a small fleet of Bombardier CRJ regional jets linking Paraguay with other South American cities.
