Aircraft lessor Avolon has partnered with Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and investment firm I Squared Capital to launch Constellation Aviation, a new aircraft leasing and infrastructure investment platform.

The launch was announced on 2 November 2026, according to Avolon's newsroom, and was also reported by Reuters.

Avolon is one of the world's leading aviation finance companies, with a fleet of 1,092 aircraft as of 30 September 2026, the company said.
